I am so happy to announce that Nokor Creations is now under Daughters of Cambodia.
We are grateful for Ruth & staff who were willing to add Nokor Creation artists
to their team of beautiful & creative women.
I was SO GLAD to finally be able to go back to Cambodia after all the covid restrictions etc.
It wasn’t exactly easy getting there. But persistence paid off and I made it and was
able to stay 2 months, March – May. What a great time we had as Nokor has grown from
2 women to 6. I did lots of training with them and introduced new lines of designs
as well. Our time together was so very precious. They are amazing girls/women.
I treasure our relationship and appreciate all the Daughters’ staff & girls as well.
I will be moving all their work off of etsy to a new site.
I am also selling the beautiful work
of Daughters of Cambodia. They do an incredible job of sewing their t-shirts,
silk-screening t-shirts and pillows, bags, t-towels etc.
They have a line of jewelry too.
I am still working on the website, but you can follow along
and purchase even as I develop it out.
All the profit goes directly to Nokor Creations & Daughters of Cambodia
to support the women who have left the sex trafficking & oppressive work and
are empowered to create & have sustainable income.
